Ni Ketut Marni Lasmawan

Ni Ketut Marni Lasmawan was born in the village of Kebon, town of Singapadu,  Gianyar district, Bali. Inheritted  talent from her family who are traditional dancers and musicians, Ni Ketut has studied dance from a very young age.

She graduated from SMKI, the Traditional School of Performing Arts in Denpasar, Bali with a major in Dance. She has performed in several major events in Bali, including TVRI, (Television of the Republic of Indonesia). Ni Ketut teaches dances at Colorado College and several other places. She resides with  her husband, I Made Lasmawan, in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She performs Balinese Dance throughout Colorado and other cities in US. She also performs Javanese Dance with Kyai Brojo Marto Javanese Gamelan orchestra.
